Easy Life Model
A local-first personal data vault and AI agent that runs the day-to-day upkeep of your digital life — budget, email, notes, job search, and the computer they all live on — everything staying on your own machine.
Budget
Bank accounts, credit cards, and loans — balances, APRs, statement and due dates. Bills tracked with their recurrence, so you always know what's due in the next N days. Interest and payoff projections show what a balance actually costs, and how much a bit more per month saves. A monthly rollup ties it together: income vs. bills vs. debt payments, projected surplus or deficit.
Managing emails
Connects your email accounts and lets you define categories with match rules per account. Incoming mail gets classified automatically, and the agent stages the right action — reply, flag, archive, or forward — for your review. Every classification decision is logged so you can see exactly why a message was routed the way it was.
Notes management
Maps each notes category — Work, Personal, Projects, whatever you use — to the folder that actually organizes it, so notes land in the right place automatically instead of scattering across your drive.
Regularly cleaning up your computer
Tracks which paths are protected (never touched) and which accumulate disposable junk, then runs a scheduled cleanup on each path's own cadence. Always a dry-run report first, with your explicit confirmation required before anything is actually deleted — protected paths are hard-blocked from cleanup, no exceptions.
Job applications, resumes & interviews
Finds matching postings and submits your application, with a tailored resume built and attached for each one — the agent never submits without your explicit confirmation first. Recruiter responses get picked up by the same email categorization above and matched back to the right application, so a rejection, offer, or interview request updates that application's status automatically. An interview or screen request goes a step further: the agent drafts a calendar event from the proposed times and waits for your confirmation before it's finalized.
System & WSL2 updates
Keeps the host OS and, on Windows, the WSL2 Linux environment patched on a regular schedule — package updates, Windows Update, and the WSL2 kernel itself. Every run's outcome (what updated, whether a reboot is needed) is logged, and a failure gets flagged instead of silently skipped.
The agent
Every answer the agent gives — "can I afford this?", "what's due this week?", "what's safe to clean up?" — is backed by your actual tracked data, not a guess, and cites the numbers or paths behind it. Anything consequential (a reply sent, a file deleted, an appointment booked) requires your explicit confirmation first.
