Terms and Agreements

1. What this is
Easy Life Agents is a subscription product owned and run by Global Web Methods. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not create an account or use the service.
2. Your account and your subscription
The subscription costs $9.99 a month and includes every page and tool this product offers. Billing is handled entirely by Stripe, a real, separate payment company — your card number is typed into Stripe's own page and is never seen or stored by us. We only ever keep a reference number pointing at your Stripe record, never the card itself.
You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything that happens under your account while you are signed in.
3. Deactivating your account, and what happens to your data
You can deactivate your own account at any time from the account page. Deactivating is not deleting. When your account is deactivated:
- You are signed out everywhere, and cannot sign back in normally until you reactivate.
- Any active subscription is cancelled right away, so you are not charged again while deactivated.
- Nothing about your account is deleted. Your records — including your past orders, payments, and account history — stay saved. We keep them for our own real business and tax recordkeeping obligations, which exist whether or not your account is active.
- You can reactivate your account at any time, including years later, simply by signing in again with the same email address and password you already have. No new account, no lost history.
Because deactivating keeps your records rather than deleting them, it also means we cannot offer a way to permanently erase your account information while it is needed for these business and tax purposes.
4. What you may not do
You agree not to use this service to break the law, to interfere with how the service runs for other people, or to try to gain access to another person's account or data without their real permission.
5. The service is provided "as is"
We work to keep this service running correctly, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. You use it at your own risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, we provide the service without any warranty of any kind, whether stated plainly or implied.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Global Web Methods and Easy Life Agents are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss — including lost profits, lost data, or lost business — arising from your use of this service, even if we were told such a loss was possible.
Where the law does not allow some of these limits to be removed entirely, our total responsibility to you for any claim relating to this service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms removes any right the law gives you that cannot lawfully be given up.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the service changes. The date at the top of this page always shows when it was last updated. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
