This is the picture other people see next to your name. You can change it whenever you like, and the new one takes the place of the old one straight away.
You need to type the password you use now, so that nobody who borrows your computer for a moment can change it without knowing it.
Your own photo and your own password are not shown here while you are viewing someone else's account. Switch back to your own account first if you want to change either of those.
This is everybody who is using your own account at the moment. That means you, on every computer, phone or tablet where you have signed in and not signed out again, and it also means anybody you have given access to your account who is using it right now. If you see something here that is not you and not somebody you gave access to, then somebody else knows your password, and you should change it straight away using the box above.
This is always about your own account and never about anybody else's, even while you are looking at an account somebody has given you access to. Only you can see it: somebody you have given access to your account cannot see who is signed in to it, and cannot sign anybody out of it. Who is inside your own account is yours to know, and yours alone to do something about.
1. Change your password. Signing that device out does not stop whoever it was from signing straight back in, because they still know your password. Changing it is what actually shuts the door, and it signs every other device out too.
2. Turn on two-factor sign-in. That means a code is sent to you every time somebody signs in, so knowing your password is no longer enough on its own. This is the single best thing you can do to stop this happening again.
Typing another real person's email address here lets that person use this account, using their own sign-in, not yours. What they are actually allowed to see and do is decided by the role you pick for them below -- "Admin" means everything you can do, and you can build a more limited role first if you want to give them less. You can take their access away again at any time by pressing "Remove" below, and it stops working immediately.
